Cancellation

You can cancel until printing starts. After that, cancellation is only for defect, wrong item, damage in transit, or a missed written delivery schedule — see returns & refunds.

How to cancel

Email support@vndm.in as soon as you can, with your order number and “cancel”. If printing has not started, we cancel it. You will get a confirmation.

There is no cancellation fee before print. Because checkout is cash on delivery, there is usually nothing to refund. If prepaid is live later, a cancelled-before-print order is refunded to the original method.

After print starts

We cannot pull a garment off the press. Do not refuse the courier as a substitute for a cancellation — that still prints and ships a tee. If the item is wrong or damaged, keep it and write to us with photos.

We may cancel

We cancel if the PIN cannot be served, the address looks fake, the design file fails, or we cannot fulfil. For prepaid, that is a full refund. For COD, the order is dropped and nothing is collected.
