These terms are the user agreement for vndm.in. By placing an order you contract with Venus and Mars to buy an oversized French terry tee, paid on cash on delivery unless a prepaid option is shown at checkout. Drop 01 is unisex oversized French terry T-shirts, 260 GSM, 90% cotton / 10% polyester, direct-to-garment print on the front. Colours on a screen can differ slightly from the print. Size charts are in inches; the fit is oversized. See the size guide. Country of origin is India. Each unit is 1 N.
The price on the product page is the MRP in Indian rupees, inclusive of all compulsory charges. Delivery inside India is included. We do not sell this drop outside India. Prices can change between drops.
Checkout is cash on delivery unless a prepaid gateway is shown at checkout. We fulfil and dispatch from India. We can refuse or cancel an order if the address cannot be served, the design cannot be printed, or the details look fake.
You confirm you are 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian, and that you are buying the tee for personal use — not to resell the print as your own artwork.
Change-of-mind returns after printing has started are not offered, except where the law that applies to your order requires a take-back (defect, deficiency, spurious goods, or delivery later than a schedule we actually gave you). Details: returns & refunds and cancellation.
Payments, shipping, and the privacy notice are part of this contract. Checkout uses your name, phone, email and address only to fulfil the order.
Do not place fake COD orders, harass customer care, or try to break the site. We may cancel orders and refuse future checkouts if that happens.
If a tee is defective, the wrong item, or damaged in transit, the remedy is replacement or a refund as set out in the returns policy. We are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Laws of India. You may also use grievance redressal, the National Consumer Helpline (1915), or the District Commission that has jurisdiction.
