Returns, refunds & exchange

We do not take change-of-mind returns once printing has started. We do take back and refund or replace goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, not as described, or delivered later than a schedule we actually gave you — as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.

What we replace or refund

• Print defect or wrong design
• Wrong size or colour sent (not “I ordered XL and prefer M”)
• Damage in transit, with photos of the parcel and the tee
• A delivery later than a written schedule we sent you, if you do not want to wait

Write within 7 days of delivery, with photos, to support@vndm.in or use grievance. If we approve it, we arrange pickup. You do not pay return shipping on an approved defect, wrong-item, or damage claim.

Replacement is the default when the same tee can be printed again. Refunds, when due, go back the way the order was paid — for COD that is usually a bank transfer after we have the tee. There is no restocking fee on those claims.

Warranty and exchange

No separate manufacturer warranty. We replace a defective print, a wrong item sent, or transit damage as set out in Returns & refunds. There is no size-exchange once the correct size has been printed and delivered.

What we do not take back

• Wear, wash, or perfume on the garment
• A change of mind after printing has started
• Slight colour shift between screen and fabric

Cancel before print

That path is on cancellation. Once print starts, the garment is yours unless it falls under the take-back list above.

COD refusals

Refusing the parcel without a defect, or giving a fake address, wastes a printed tee. Cancel before print if you no longer want it.
