We ship across India. There is no international shipping on this drop. Delivery is included in the listed MRP — there is no separate postage line at checkout.
Dispatch is typically 3–6 working days after the order is accepted. Courier time is on top of that and depends on your PIN code. Festival weeks and courier disruptions can add delay. These are estimates, not a guaranteed calendar date, unless we write you a specific dispatch date.
If we give you a stated delivery schedule in writing and miss it, you may cancel for a refund of any amount already paid — see returns & refunds.
Cash on delivery is on. Prepaid UPI or cards return when a payment gateway is shown at checkout. Serviceable PIN codes follow the courier network we use in India.
Once a tracking ID exists, we share it by email. Keep the order number from checkout. If you have not heard in 7 working days, write to support@vndm.in with that number.
Keep your phone on for the courier. If you refuse a COD parcel without a defect, or the address cannot be found, the parcel may come back undelivered. Please cancel before print instead if you no longer want it.
