Payments

The amount on the product page is the single figure you pay. It is the MRP, inclusive of all compulsory charges. Delivery in India is included.

Methods on this drop

• Cash on delivery across serviceable PIN codes in India. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. We do not add a COD fee on top of the listed price.
• Prepaid UPI, cards or wallets will appear at checkout only when PhonePe (or another Indian payment aggregator) is switched on. Card and UPI details stay with that gateway. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.

There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. There is nothing to cancel as a standing payment.

Security and chargebacks

COD has no online chargeback. For prepaid, a chargeback follows the gateway and your bank or UPI app. Refunds we approve go back on the original method where the gateway allows it, otherwise by bank transfer. See returns & refunds.

Payment service provider

Until prepaid is live, there is no payment service provider on checkout — only COD through the courier. When PhonePe is connected, this page will name the merchant ID contact channel they publish for payers.

Failed or duplicate payment

If prepaid is live and a payment succeeds twice, or succeeds after we already cancelled, write to support@vndm.in with the transaction ID. We refund the extra amount.
