Dark patterns

We follow the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) (Amendment) Rules, 2026 require e-commerce entities to run an annual self-audit and display a compliance certificate from 1 January 2027. That certificate will be published on this page when it is due.

How this store is set up

• The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is included. No drip fees at checkout.
• We do not show a struck-through “was” price unless it was actually offered as the lowest price in the last 30 days.
• No countdown timers, fake stock scarcity, or paid listings dressed up as organic results — this is our own catalogue.
